Subject: Party Starting Time

 Hi,
 
 If the party starts earlier like 11:00 AM, everyone 
 should be at the hotel no later than 10:00 AM which 
 means we need to be there the night before. What's the 
 hotel check-in time (12:00 noon?)? When will be the 
 arrival times for most airlines on that day? I think 
 from 11:00 am to 11:00 PM is too long. People will 
 loose interest toward the end of the event (party). 
 
 I personally prefer start the party late and finish 
 late. Activities held at 'night' are more exciting at 
 Las Vegas.
