Subject: Your Input is needed

 The date we proposed for the major reunion event starts on Sunday which are due to:
 (1) Cost of hotel room will be $20 - $30 less from Sunday to Thursday;
 (2) We have a better chance to book an acitivity room and less crowded.
 
 I just got a few calls from our folks and found out that many good travel packages
 do require to stay over weekend and also a few of folks really want to join 
 the event, however do not have enough vacation time. 
 
 Now the question: Should we consider to move the event on Saturday, 7/11? 
 Please fill out the your input on the updated form to help to make final decision.
 
 I checked with Tropicana, they may not have enough
 rooms for Saturday and $49/room becomes $79.
 
 Another thing is that we start the party earlier (11:00 AM) on Sunday.
 
 Although everyone is to show up in the "full house" event, 
 we can have 'unofficially' pre- or post- small parties during that weekend.
