CRM Applications Technical Lead

Designed and developed a distributed marketing application using EJB, Java Swing, WebLogic Server, and MicroStrategy API. The application was designed for the retail industry to target promotions and offers to customers based on their attributes and buying behavior. This application was successfully piloted at a U.S. based international retailer.

CRM Applications Technical Lead

Designed and developed a Java API using Java RMI objects and Talarian SmartSockets to support a web based customer service application. The API isolated web developers from the complexity of implementing business rules, transactions handling, and load balancing logic. The result was a shorter development cycle and a more robust application. The API was part of an overall CRM solution for a major U.S. retailer and was successfully deployed to support over 1500 web clients simultaneously.
