RF (microwave) Capable SPICE Simulators

RF (microwave) IC design is an important branch of IC design these days. A basic simulator may not have functions built in for analyzing typical RF characteristics.
RF simulators are generally separated into two kinds based on the region it conducts calculations:

Time domain simulators are usually more accurate for circuits with highly nonlinear components. But its convergence may be hard to reach. Frequency domain simulators usually can reach convergence easily but it is debatable if it models non-linearity well.

Here is a table of comparison of a few widely used RF SPICE simulators available in industry.
(I found this table from the manual of the new RF simulator smartspiceRF, which I cannot put on public domain.)
