From the beach early in the
morning. We had our best snorkeling experience in these waters.
We saw many different kinds of fish and coral, including a moray
eel, a little lobster, a large puffer fish (which stayed unpuffed
no matter how hard Niall tried to scare it), a small, yet feisty
clown fish, and some four to five foot bluish-silver fish (I
don't know what they were, but they weren't barracudas).
Another view of the bay where we
snorkeled.
Ann, Mary, and Lee waiting for the
last tender before the return trip to Barbados.
Niall wasn't content waiting , and
decided instead to dive around in the water to pick up dead fish
and throw them at seagulls (and at us).
...and although Mary enjoyed
bobbing up and down in the nets at the prow of the boat, ...
...the captain eventually asked
everyone to get back onto the deck due to rough seas.
What next?
