165. Clifton, Hornbeak, was founded by Dallas Guillermo, who is currently its lone inhabitant. The settlements of Whitehall, Clifton, and Akhiok are consolidating; since it's the biggest town and the economic center of the area, Whitehall will absorb the other settlements. Clifton has been annexed by Whitehall.172. Dallas Guillermo, who in 165 founded Clifton, was murdered by Carroll Vaclav in an act of revenge.
